4. Review the Saudi Post delivery fee shown on-screen, then pay via SADAD. Issuance and standard renewal are free.
5. Processing and card printing take 3–5 working days, then 2–4 working days for shipping via Splonline to your national address.

• Your national address in Splonline is up to date and active — the card is shipped to it
• Your registered Absher mobile is working — the shipping notification arrives via SMS
